We are very excited to announce that our Newham GWI Strategy has been shortlisted for the RTPI Awards! The strategy sets out in depth plans to provide Newham with appropriate green and blue space for its steadily growing population. The borough faces a challenge in providing access to good quality blue and green infrastructure. This strategy forms part of the evidence base for the Borough’s new Local Plan and considers the value of ecosystem services and ways in which the borough might increase provision and improve greenspace quality.
We would like to thank our client, Newham London and London Wildlife Trust for collaborating with us to develop this amazing project that provides a clear rationale for future investment in precious green and blue infrastructure assets.
