We have a big announcement! After a few years of planning, we are taking steps towards becoming an Employee Ownership Trust. This is an exciting time as the Arkwood team will have a stake in the business, strengthening our values of openness, equilibrium, collaboration and commitment, we will all have a vested interest in its success. To achieve this, we are currently looking for someone to fill the Independent Chair role, who will ensure organisational strategy and financial viability in our transition to Employee Ownership and beyond.
