Arkwood has been appointed as Lead Consultant for the £4.5 million refurbishment of Down Lane Park in Haringey. Arkwood is leading a project team developing proposals for the refurbishment of Down Lane Park in Haringey. The park will be the key strategic greenspace at the centre of the new Tottenham Hale District Centre, which is Haringey’s largest regeneration area, providing over 1,000 new homes over the next ten years. The Arkwood-led team includes Erect Architecture, Huntley Cartwright, the London Wildlife Trust and Cannon Consulting.
